Appointments are scheduled through our booking system via Acuity Scheduling.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
2. Payments
Payment policies (deposits, full payment, etc.) must be followed as stated during booking
Prices are subject to change without notice
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or loss of deposit
4. Results Disclaimer
Results may vary based on individual factors such as skin type, hair growth, and aftercare. We do not guarantee identical results for every client.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients must:
Follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions
Disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions
We are not responsible for adverse reactions if this information is not disclosed.
